All LustBond products are backed by a 1-year free replacement and warranty policy for any defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace your item or offer a suitable solution at no extra cost.
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us at support@lustbond.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
2. Non-Quality Issues
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or preferences
- Accidental orders
- Unopened items (unless defective)

3. Return Process
If your return is eligible under our policy:
- We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Replacements may take 7–14 business days to ship.
4. Exclusions
