Return & Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • For returns due to reasons other than quality issues (excluding packaging concerns).
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost/Packing concerns caused by customers is non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@lustbond.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We will ensure your return is processed promptly.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
